Personally, I don’t like to use cotton pads for toner - I just apply to my hands and then pat in on my face. Because of this, I gravitate towards slightly viscous toners that do not run through my fingers. I also prefer toners with pumps. As you can probably tell by now, this toner fit ALL of my dream preferences for toners. This was super easy to apply with my hands and didn’t get everywhere. But just like a watery toner, this pats in so quickly and leaves no residue. It’s absolutely magical. 


As always, Reyena16’s packaging is also so fun! It might not be for everyone, but the girly cutesy aesthetic of it definitely makes me happy 🤍
